A native of Ridgefield, NJ, he currently resides in Prescott, AZ.
John brings over 40 years of senior management experience to MEDx, having held
corporate level positions, with worldwide responsibility, in diagnostic radiology (a highly profitable $600 MM business) and
in laboratory medicine during his tenure at Eastman Kodak. Most notable in the laboratory medicine business, he orchestrated
its turnaround from $50 MM in revenue and $137 MM in losses, to $400 MM in revenue and $100+ MM in operating profit in three
years. He then served at Johnson & Johnson as VP Business Development for the Diagnostics Group. During that time, he forged a strategic
relationship with Eastman Kodak, which led to the $1 B acquisition of Kodak’s diagnostic business. At that time,
it was the largest acquisition ever undertaken by J&J. More recently, John has taken
leadership positions with major not-for-profit organizations (Project HOPE and Easter Seals), and has managed a leading-edge
“green” panelized construction company (EnviroSound Homes, LLC). He has been trained in the Deming method, and conducts management leadership seminars in the 14-Points
of TQM. John holds an MS from the University of Notre Dame and a BS from St. Peter's College, and
held the rank of Captain in the US Army.
